Membership Cancellations & Customer Service
To avoid renewal charges, all membership cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours before your renewal date. Our Customer Service Team reviews and responds to tickets within 48–72 hours. We’re available to assist you during our working hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 17:00 PM.
