How to request a review

Let us know you’d like your case escalated to a supervisor or manager.
2. Contact us directly
If you don’t have an open ticket, email us at support@blckgym.ie
Tip: Include your ticket number (if available) so we can locate your case quickly.
What happens next
- Your request will be assigned to a senior team member
- Your case will be reviewed in full to ensure a fair outcome
- You can expect a response within 72 hours (Monday–Thursday)
