Is there an in-person customer service desk at the gym?

No, BLCK Gym does not have a dedicated in-person customer service desk.

However, our team is always available on-site to help with common queries and support.


How to get help in the gym

Our coaches and staff can assist you with:

  • Access and check-in support
  • General membership questions
  • Basic account guidance
  • Reporting any issues with equipment or the facility

If your request requires more detailed support (e.g. billing, account changes, or escalations), our support team will handle this via email.
