Is there a follow-up process to ensure the issue is resolved?

Yes — BLCK has a follow-up process in place to make sure concerns don’t get left unresolved.


✅ Step 1: Resolution

When a member raises an issue, our team provides a solution or action plan as quickly as possible.

🔎 Step 2: Follow-Up

Once the issue is addressed, we check back in with the member — usually by email — to confirm everything has been resolved to their satisfaction.

📩 Ongoing Support

If the problem continues or needs more attention, members can reply directly to our support email (support@blckgym.ie), and we’ll re-open the case until it’s fully sorted.
