When contacting support, try to include:

  • When it happened
    Date and time (as accurately as possible)
  • Where it happened (if relevant)
    Area of the gym (e.g. gym floor, locker room, class)
  • Who was involved (if relevant)
    Any staff or members connected to the issue
  • Any supporting evidence (if available)
    Screenshots, photos, or documents
  • Your contact details
    Email or phone number so we can follow up
