How can I formally submit a complaint about the gym’s services or facilities?

At BLCK Gym, we take member feedback and complaints seriously. If you’d like to submit a complaint, here are your options:


✅ Ways to Submit a Complaint

  • 📧 Email: Send details of your complaint to support@blckgym.ie.

  • 👥 In Person: Speak to a staff member at the front desk. They can log the complaint and forward it to management.

  • 📝 Written Submission: You may also provide a written note at reception.

🔎 What Happens After Submission

  • Complaints are acknowledged within 5 business day.

  • The management team reviews all complaints and aims to resolve them within a few working days.

  • For complex issues, we’ll keep you updated on progress.

📌 Confidentiality

All complaints are handled with respect and discretion. Sensitive matters will remain confidential.
