✅ Ways to Submit a Complaint
📧 Email: Send details of your complaint to support@blckgym.ie.
👥 In Person: Speak to a staff member at the front desk. They can log the complaint and forward it to management.
📝 Written Submission: You may also provide a written note at reception.
🔎 What Happens After Submission
Complaints are acknowledged within 5 business day.
The management team reviews all complaints and aims to resolve them within a few working days.
For complex issues, we’ll keep you updated on progress.
