What’s the process for submitting a complaint?

At BLCK Gym, we want to make sure every member feels supported and heard. If you’d like to submit a complaint, here’s how the process works:


✅ How to Submit a Complaint

  • 📧 Email: Send details of your complaint to support@blckgym.ie.

  • 👥 In Person: Speak directly with a staff member at the front desk — they’ll log the complaint for you.

  • 📝 Written Submission: If you prefer, you can leave a written note at reception, which will be passed on to management.

🔎 What Happens Next

  • Your complaint will be reviewed by our management team.

  • We aim to acknowledge receipt within 5 business days.

  • Most complaints are resolved within a few days, though complex cases may take longer.

📌 Confidentiality

All complaints are handled respectfully and with discretion. If the issue involves sensitive matters, we’ll keep your details private.
