📧 Email: Send details of your complaint to support@blckgym.ie.
👥 In Person: Speak directly with a staff member at the front desk — they’ll log the complaint for you.
📝 Written Submission: If you prefer, you can leave a written note at reception, which will be passed on to management.
🔎 What Happens Next
Your complaint will be reviewed by our management team.
We aim to acknowledge receipt within 5 business days.
Most complaints are resolved within a few days, though complex cases may take longer.
