Send us a message at support@blckgym.ie with details about the issue (e.g., login problems, billing errors, or account not showing active). Please include your full name and membership ID if possible — this helps us resolve things faster.

👩‍💻 Front Desk Help
If you’re at the gym, stop by the front desk. Our staff can check your account on the spot and escalate to the support team if needed.

Response Time
We aim to respond within 5-7 business days, often sooner. Urgent issues like access problems are prioritized.

We’ll work quickly to make sure your account is fixed and your access is back to normal.
