Do I need to activate or book anything separately?

Most features of your BLCK Gym membership work automatically once your account is active. However, some services require an extra step to use.

Personal training is not included in standard memberships and must be purchased and booked separately.
Sessions are scheduled directly with a coach.

If we run any special offers or promotions, we’ll always let you know how to access or use them — whether that’s through the app, email, or at the gym.
