What should I do if I suspect unauthorized access to my account?

  1. Change Your Password

    • Log in (if you still can) and immediately update your password to something strong and unique.

    • Avoid using the same password across multiple accounts.

  2. Check Recent Activity

    • Look for any unusual logins, account changes, or suspicious activity (like bookings or payments you didn’t make).

  3. Log Out of All Devices

    • If available, use the “log out of all sessions” option in your account settings.

    • This forces anyone else logged in to re-enter your credentials.


🔒 Strengthen Security

  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) if it’s available.

  • Review your recovery email and phone number to make sure they are correct.
