What types of personal information can I update through my account?

When logged into your BLCK Gym account (via the app or website), you’ll be able to update most of your standard contact and profile details yourself.


✅ You Can Update

  • 📧 Email address – make sure it’s current so you don’t miss notifications.

  • 📱 Phone number – for contact and verification purposes.

  • 🏠 Address – update if you’ve moved or need billing details adjusted.

  • 👤 Emergency contact – keep details up-to-date for safety.

  • 🔑 Password – reset or update anytime for security.

🚫 You Cannot Update Yourself

Some information changes need to be handled directly by our support team:

  • 🪪 Legal name changes

  • 🔄 Membership transfers or ownership changes

For these, please email support@blckgym.ie and we’ll update your account for you.
