How can I verify that my membership is active and up-to-date?

If you’re unsure whether your membership is active, here’s how to check:


🖥️ Online / App

  • Log into the BLCK Gym app or website
  • Go to Account / Membership Details
  • You’ll see your plan, status, and next billing date

📧 Email Confirmation

  • After signing up or any changes, you should receive an email confirmation
  • If you can’t find it, check your spam/junk folder

🏋️ At the Gym

  • Speak to one of our coaches or staff members
  • They can confirm your membership status in real time

🚨 If Something Looks Off

  • Email support@blckgym.ie
  • We’ll check your account, review any billing issues, and confirm your status
