- Staff Member → Speak directly to a staff member on-site
- They can check your account status and help restore access immediately
🔔 No Staff at Reception?
- If the desk is unattended, ring the bell at reception
- A staff member will come down to assist you
⚠️ Common Reason for Access Issues
- Access is usually blocked if a payment has failed
- Memberships run on automatic renewal, so if a payment doesn’t go through:
- Access is temporarily suspended
- The system will retry the payment automatically
