Who should I contact for immediate assistance if I’m unable to access the gym?

If you can’t get into the gym, here’s what to do right away:


⏱️ While at the Gym

  • 📍 Front Desk / Staff Member → Speak directly to a staff member on-site. They can check your account status and help you regain access.

📨 If You’re Locked Out (No Staff Present)

  • 📧 Email Support: support@blckgym.ie
    Best for: Membership issues, billing holds, or access errors.
    Replies: Usually within one business day (often faster).
