If your membership card or account doesn’t scan at the door or front desk, here’s what to do:

  1. Retry once

    • Hold the card steady and try again — sometimes it’s just a quick scan error.

  2. Check your account status

    • Make sure your membership is active and payments are up to date. Suspended, frozen, or expired accounts won’t check in.

  3. Ask at the front desk

    • Staff can confirm your membership status and help on the spot.

  4. Contact us if needed

    • If the issue isn’t resolved at the gym, email support@blckgym.ie and we’ll sort it out.
