Getting Started at BLCK

  • Gym Induction 🏋️‍♂️ → A guided session with a coach to walk you through the gym, equipment, and how to structure your training
  • Beginner-Friendly Classes → Classes like Circuits, Spin, and Full Body Blitz are great starting points, with coaches providing guidance and modifications
  • Coach Support 👨‍🏫 → Let the coach know it’s your first time — they’ll help you get set up and feel comfortable

  • Check the “Appointments” section on the BLCK Gym app to book in with a trainer at your preferred time
  • Or speak to a coach in the gym
