Starting your fitness journey at BLCK is simple. We have options designed to help you build confidence, learn good technique, and see progress without feeling overwhelmed.

  • Sweat → High-energy, coach-led cardio that can be adapted to your fitness level.

  • Spin → Low-impact cardio where you control the resistance. Perfect for new members.

  • Abs/Core → Straightforward movements that strengthen your foundation.

🏋️ Personal Training for Beginners

If you’d like a more structured start, our personal trainers can create a custom beginner program to match your goals — whether that’s weight loss, strength, or just getting comfortable in the gym.

💡 Tips for Beginners

  • Start with 2–3 sessions per week.

  • Let the coach know you’re new — they’ll give you modifications and guidance.

  • Arrive a few minutes early to get set up and ask questions.
