Most Wi-Fi issues are resolved within a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the cause but it could take longer .
Minor hiccups (like a router reset) — fixed same day
Service provider issues — depends on their timeline
Infrastructure upgrades or maintenance — we’ll give advance notice if that’s the case
If it’s dragging on, let us know at the front desk or via the app. Sometimes we don’t know it’s down until you tell us.
