What steps should I take if I experience connectivity problems with the gym’s Wi-Fi?


📶 Wi-Fi not working as expected? Try this:

  1. Forget the gym’s Wi-Fi network on your phone/tablet, then reconnect.

  2. Move closer to an open space — signal tends to be stronger there.

  3. Still no luck? Drop us a message at support@blckgym.ie with your device type and where in the gym you were.
