Before throwing your phone into traffic, here are a few likely culprits:

  • Forgotten password – It happens. Use the Reset Password link.

  • Wrong email – Double-check you’re using the right one.

  • Typos – Extra space or sneaky autocorrect in the email or password field.

  • Account hasn’t been activated – Check your inbox for a welcome/activation email.

  • Account locked – Too many failed attempts can temporarily lock you out (just wait 15 mins).

  • Browser issues – Try refreshing, clearing cache, or switching browsers.

  • Outdated app version – If you’re using the app, update it.
