We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations made after the 72-hour cutoff fall under our late cancellation policy.
When this happens, your membership cannot be stopped immediately because the payment has already been processed or is in progress. You have two options:
🔹 Option 1: Continue for the Extra Time Paid
Your membership stays active for the billing cycle you’ve already paid for.
You can then schedule your cancellation for the following month.
This means you still get full access to BLCK Gym until your membership ends.
🔹 Option 2: Request a Refund (Minus Late Fee)
You can request a refund for your last payment.
A late cancellation fee of €12.95 will be deducted.
This fee covers admin and processing costs.
💡 Important Notes
The 72-hour cutoff is in place to give us time to process cancellations properly.
To avoid fees, please make sure to submit your cancellation request before this window closes.
