Billing Issues & Disputes: How It Works

If you notice a charge you don’t recognise or believe is incorrect, we’re here to help. Most billing issues are reviewed and resolved within up to 5 business days, depending on the complexity.


 

Step 1: Check your charges

Before contacting us, double-check if the charge may be linked to:

  • Membership renewal or upgrade
  • Personal training sessions
  • Day passes or guest entries

Step 2: Contact support

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, include:

  • Date of the charge
  • Amount
  • Description of the issue
  • Any supporting information (if available)

Step 3: Review and resolution

Once we receive your request:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation that your query has been logged
  • Our team will review the charge and investigate
  • We may contact you if additional information is needed

Resolution time

  • Most cases are resolved within up to 5 business days
  • Simpler issues may be resolved sooner
  • More complex cases (e.g. bank verification) may take the full timeframe

Outcome

  • If the charge is incorrect, we’ll refund or adjust your account
  • If the charge is valid, we’ll explain it clearly and transparently
