Before contacting us, double-check if the charge may be linked to:
- Membership renewal or upgrade
- Personal training sessions
- Day passes or guest entries

Once we receive your request:

- We may contact you if additional information is needed
Resolution time
- Most cases are resolved within up to 5 business days
- Simpler issues may be resolved sooner
- More complex cases (e.g. bank verification) may take the full timeframe
Outcome
- If the charge is incorrect, we’ll refund or adjust your account
- If the charge is valid, we’ll explain it clearly and transparently
