✅ Steps to Take

  1. Review Your Billing History
    Log in to your BLCK Gym account via the app or website and check your recent payments.

  2. Gather Details
    Note the date, amount, and any receipts or statements related to the disputed charge.

  3. Contact Us
    Email our support team at support@blckgym.ie with the details of your concern. Please include screenshots or copies of your statement if possible.

  4. Resolution Process
    Our team will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days. If an error is confirmed, we’ll correct it right away and provide confirmation of the fix.
