If your membership payment doesn’t go through, don’t worry, here’s what happens and what you can do next.
Grace Period
If a payment fails (for example, due to expired card details), a short grace period may apply.
- Your membership may remain active for a limited time
- You’ll need to update your payment details as soon as possible to avoid interruption
⏸️ If Payment Is Not Resolved
If the payment isn’t completed within the grace period:
- Your gym access may be temporarily paused until the balance is cleared
- Once payment is made, access will be restored

Payments are still due as part of your agreement. Missed payments may need to be settled before continuing. -
No-contract memberships
Your access may simply pause until payment is updated — no long-term commitment penalties
