  2. Try again

    • Sometimes it’s just a quick tech hiccup. Wait a few seconds and retry.

  3. Ask the front desk

    • If it still doesn’t work, our staff can check your account in real time.

  4. Contact us

    • If the issue isn’t solved on-site, email support@blckgym.ie so we can reset or update your account.
