Who do I contact about a payment issue?

If there’s an issue with your automatic payment, here’s what to do:


💳 Check Your Payment Details First

  • Log into the BLCK Gym app or website
  • Go to Billing / Payment Details
  • Make sure your card details are up to date

👉 Updating your payment method often resolves the issue immediately


📧 Contact Support

If the issue continues, email support@blckgym.ie

Best for:

  • Failed payments
  • Incorrect charges
  • Billing questions

📝 Before You Email

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Explain the issue

ℹ️ Additional Info

  • Memberships run on automatic renewal
  • If a payment fails:
    • Access may be temporarily suspended
    • The system will retry the payment automatically
