- Freezes are designed for short-term breaks such as travel, exams, or personal reasons.
- A €5 monthly freeze fee applies while your membership is paused.
- You must request your freeze at least 72 hours before your next payment date.
- While frozen, your membership is paused and extended by the same length of time, so you don’t lose any training time.
- If you need a longer suspension, please contact us and we’ll review your request.
