How can I temporarily pause my membership?

We understand that sometimes you may need to take a break from training — whether it’s for travel, exams, or personal reasons. At BLCK Gym, you can freeze (pause) your membership instead of cancelling.


✅ How to Request a Freeze

  • Email us at support@blckgym.ie
  • Include your full name, membership type, and the dates you’d like to pause
  • Our team will confirm once the freeze has been applied

💰 Fees & Rules

  • A €5 monthly freeze fee applies while your membership is paused
  • Your membership is extended by the length of the freeze, so you don’t lose any time
  • Freezes are temporary and are not the same as cancellations

⏱️ Notice Period

  • Please give us at least 72 hours’ notice before your next billing date to ensure the freeze is applied in time
