At BLCK, we believe fitness isn’t just about the body — it’s also about your mindset and well-being. While we don’t currently offer dedicated meditation or yoga classes, you can still integrate mental wellness into your training.


✅ Tips for Adding Mental Wellness to Your Routine

  • Warm-up with intention → Take a few deep breaths before training to set your focus.

  • Mindful training → Pay attention to form, breathing, and how your body feels, instead of rushing reps.

  • Cool down → Stretch slowly, listen to calming music, and use it as a mental reset.

  • Choose stress-relief workouts → High-energy classes like Sweat 💦, Spin 🚴, BoxFit 🥊 are great for releasing stress.

  • Personal coaching → Our trainers can help build programs that balance performance with stress management.
