Training with a partner is one of the easiest ways to stay consistent and motivated. Here’s how to make it work at BLCK:


Getting Started

  • Find the Right Match → Choose someone with similar goals and availability
  • Set a Schedule → Lock in training times so you both stay accountable
  • Start Simple → Use classes or basic workouts until you find your rhythm

💡 Tips for Success

  • Be Clear on Goals 🎯 → Make sure you’re aligned (fat loss, strength, consistency, etc.)
  • Train at the Same Level ⚖️ → Adjust weights or pace so both of you benefit
  • Use Classes 💦 → Circuits, Sweat, Spin, and BoxFit are great for training together
  • Stay Accountable ✅ → Show up for each other — especially on low-motivation days
