- Start Simple → Use classes or basic workouts until you find your rhythm

- Be Clear on Goals 🎯 → Make sure you’re aligned (fat loss, strength, consistency, etc.)
- Train at the Same Level ⚖️ → Adjust weights or pace so both of you benefit
- Use Classes 💦 → Circuits, Sweat, Spin, and BoxFit are great for training together
- Stay Accountable ✅ → Show up for each other — especially on low-motivation days
