Are classes suitable for beginners or different fitness levels?

At BLCK, we don’t label classes as beginner, intermediate, or advanced, most classes are designed to suit all fitness levels.


How It Works

  • All Levels Welcome → Classes are built so everyone can train together.
  • Coach Support → Instructors provide options to make exercises easier or more challenging.
  • Train at Your Own Pace → You control your weights, speed, and intensity.

💡 Tips

  • New? Start with Circuits or Spin — both are easy to adjust to your level.
  • Want more intensity? Try Sweat or BoxFit.
  • Not sure? Arrive early and speak to the coach — they’ll guide you.
