At the moment, BLCK does not run formal “new member orientation” classes.
✅ What we do instead
Beginner-Friendly Classes → Many of our classes (like Circuits, Spin, and Abs/Core) are designed to be accessible for first-timers. Coaches always explain movements and offer modifications.
Coach Support → If you’re new, let the coach know before class. They’ll walk you through the setup and check your form during the session.
Personal Training Option → If you’d like extra guidance, you can book a personal training session to build confidence before joining group classes.
💡 Tip
Arrive 10 minutes early to your first class so you have time to meet the coach, ask questions, and get set up.
