Yes — you can request to freeze your membership if you’re going to be away.
✅ How It Works
Notice Required: Please give us at least 72 hours’ notice before your next billing date.
Freeze Period: Memberships can be paused a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months.
Fees: A €5 freeze fee will apply depending on the membership type.
