Can I pause my membership while traveling?

Yes — you can request to freeze your membership if you’re going to be away.


✅ How It Works

  • Notice Required: Please give us at least 72 hours’ notice before your next billing date.

  • Freeze Period: Memberships can be paused a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months.

  • Fees: A €5 freeze fee will apply depending on the membership type.

  • 📧 Email us at support@blckgym.ie with your membership details and the dates you’ll be away.

  • 💬 Submit a freeze request here or by scanning the barcode at reception.
