How can I track my nutritional intake alongside my workout progress?

We don’t provide an in-app nutrition tracker at BLCK, but there are plenty of ways to keep your training and nutrition in sync.


✅ How to Track Nutrition

  • Food Tracking Apps → Tools like MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, or Lose It! let you log meals, calories, and macros.

  • Manual Journaling → A simple notebook works too — jot down meals, water, and how you felt that day.

  • Photos → Snap a quick pic of meals to spot patterns over time.

✅ Tracking Workout Progress

  • InBody Scans → Available in-gym to measure body composition (muscle, fat, hydration).

  • Workout Log → Record sets, reps, and weights to see steady progress.

  • Coach Check-Ins → Our trainers can help you interpret results and adjust both training and nutrition as needed.
