- All classes are open to members (just book in advance on the app).
- You can mix and match — for example, try Spin one day, Circuits another, and BoxFit later in the week.
- Coaches will guide you and adjust intensity, so you can ease in at your own pace.

Many members find a mix works best — combining strength-based classes (like Circuits or Full Body Blitz) with cardio-focused classes (like Spin, Sweat, or BoxFit).
