What should I bring to my first group class?

Keep it simple β€” just a few essentials will make sure you’re ready to train.

  • Towel 🧺 – For yourself and to wipe down equipment after use.

  • Comfortable workout clothes πŸ‘• – Something you can move freely in.

  • Trainers (gym shoes) πŸ‘Ÿ – Supportive footwear suited for exercise.

  • Gloves πŸ₯Š – Helpful for Boxfit classes.

  • Yoga mat 🧘 – If you prefer to bring your own (we have some available).

  • Lock πŸ”’ – For securing your belongings in the locker room.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can set up, meet the coach, and let them know it’s your first time. They’ll guide you through what you need.
