Yes — many of our classes are suitable for beginners.


✅ Recommended for First-Timers

  • Circuits → Full-body training, adaptable for all levels.

  • Sweat → High-energy but coach-led, with options to adjust intensity.

  • Spin → Resistance can be set to your own pace.

  • Abs/Core → Straightforward movements with modifications available.

💡 How to Get Started

  • Let the coach know you’re new before class — they’ll offer guidance and adjustments.

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and ask questions.

  • Don’t worry about “keeping up” — classes are designed so you can go at your own pace.
