  • Look for classes that match your goals (e.g. Circuits, Spin, BoxFit)

2. Book Your Spot

  • Reserve your class directly through the app
  • Classes can fill up, so booking in advance is recommended

3. Arrive Prepared

  • Bring water, a towel, and comfortable workout clothes
  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early so the coach can help you get set up

4. Start with Beginner-Friendly Classes

  • Circuits → Great all-round introduction to strength and cardio
  • Spin → Low-impact and easy to control your own intensity
  • Coaches will guide you and offer modifications throughout
