1. Check the Class Schedule

- Look for classes that match your goals (e.g. Circuits, Spin, BoxFit)
2. Book Your Spot
- Reserve your class directly through the app
- Classes can fill up, so booking in advance is recommended
3. Arrive Prepared
- Bring water, a towel, and comfortable workout clothes
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early so the coach can help you get set up
4. Start with Beginner-Friendly Classes
- Circuits → Great all-round introduction to strength and cardio
- Spin → Low-impact and easy to control your own intensity
- Coaches will guide you and offer modifications throughout
