  • Runs every Tuesday and Thursday

This is a supportive environment where you can train at your own pace alongside others.

  • Guide you through your first sessions

📲 Step 3: Book a Gym Programme (Recommended)

For a more structured start, you can book a session with a trainer who will:

  • Show you how to use equipment safely
  • Create a simple, personalised plan
  • Help you build confidence in the gym
