Yes. While we don’t run classes labeled specifically as “low-impact,” many of our sessions can be adapted to suit different fitness levels.
💡 Good options to consider:
Stretching & mobility – Focused on flexibility and joint health.
Circuits (scaled) – Coaches can adjust intensity, weights, or reps.
Spin – Bikes can be set to a lighter resistance for a gentler workout.
Abs & core sessions – Easily modified to reduce strain.
Our coaches are experienced in making adjustments, so if you’re looking for something lower intensity, just let them know before class.
