BLCK Masters (Private Class)

We run a dedicated BLCK Masters class designed for those who prefer a more controlled, supportive training environment.

  • Focuses on strength, mobility, and overall fitness
  • Lower-impact, with a strong emphasis on movement quality and technique
  • Suitable for all experience levels
  • Runs every Tuesday and Thursday

👍 Flexible for your level

All of our classes can be scaled to suit your fitness level, and our coaches are experienced in adapting exercises to make them safe, comfortable, and effective.


💬 Extra support

If you’d prefer a more personalised start, you can also book a 1:1 session with a trainer who will guide you at your own pace.
