- LBT (Legs, Bums, Tums) → Lower body strength and conditioning (women only)
- TRYKA → Strength-focused training with an emphasis on building technique and consistency
2. Personal Training
1:1 coaching tailored to your goals — whether that’s building strength, improving technique, or gaining confidence in the gym.
3. Gym Programmes (Induction)
If you’re not into classes, you can book a gym programme with a trainer, where we’ll:
- Show you how to use equipment properly
- Build a structured strength plan for you
- Help you progress safely and confidently
