What types of strength training programs are available?

At BLCK, strength training is built into both coach-led classes and personalised gym programmes, so you can train in a way that suits your goals and experience.

1. Strength-Based Classes

  • Circuits → Full-body training using weights and bodyweight, scalable for all levels
  • Full Body Blitz → Focused weight-based training to build overall strength
  • LBT (Legs, Bums, Tums) → Lower body strength and conditioning (women only)
  • TRYKA → Strength-focused training with an emphasis on building technique and consistency

2. Personal Training

1:1 coaching tailored to your goals — whether that’s building strength, improving technique, or gaining confidence in the gym.


3. Gym Programmes (Induction)

If you’re not into classes, you can book a gym programme with a trainer, where we’ll:

  • Show you how to use equipment properly
  • Build a structured strength plan for you
  • Help you progress safely and confidently
