Can you suggest a workout plan for building muscle?

We don’t provide pre-made workout plans through the Help Centre or app. Why? Because building muscle looks a little different for everyone — it depends on your goals, training history, and lifestyle.


💪 Your options at BLCK:

  • Personal Training
    Work 1:1 with a coach who can design a muscle-building program tailored specifically to you.

  • Strength-Focused Classes
    Classes like Circuits or Legs & Abs can support muscle growth when paired with proper nutrition and recovery.

  • Coach Consultations
    If you’re not ready for full personal training, you can still book a consultation with one of our coaches to get guidance and structure.
