Quieter Days

  • Thursday & Friday → Generally less busy than the start of the week, as routines taper off
  • Sunday → Quieter overall, especially outside of late morning peak

Busier Days

  • Monday–Wednesday → Typically the busiest, as most people are getting back into routine
  • Weekday evenings (17:00–20:00) → Peak time across most days

💡 Best Times to Train

If you’re looking for more space on the gym floor:

  • Mid-mornings (10:00–12:00)
  • Early afternoons (13:30–16:00)

These tend to be the calmest windows throughout the week.
