Evening rush: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Weekends:
Saturday mid-mornings: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
These are the times when the gym floor, classes, and equipment are most in demand.
If you’d prefer a quieter workout, aim for mid-mornings, early afternoons, or later in the evening after 8:00 PM.
