What are the peak hours for the gym?

Our busiest times are typically:


  • Weekdays:

    • Morning rush: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM

    • Evening rush: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Weekends:

    • Saturday mid-mornings: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

These are the times when the gym floor, classes, and equipment are most in demand.

If you’d prefer a quieter workout, aim for mid-mornings, early afternoons, or later in the evening after 8:00 PM.
