What’s the best time to visit the gym to avoid crowds?

The gym is busiest during peak hours, usually:


  • Weekdays: 6:30–8:30 AM and 5:00–8:00 PM

  • Saturdays: Mid-morning (around 10:00–12:00)

If you prefer a quieter space, the best times to visit are:

  • Mid-mornings: 9:00–11:00 AM (weekdays)

  • Afternoons: 1:00–4:00 PM (weekdays)

  • Evenings: After 8:00 PM

Weekend afternoons also tend to be calmer compared to Saturday mornings.
