  • Direct Chat: You can speak directly with your trainer about your preferences or concerns.

  • Staff Support: If you’d rather, share feedback with our front desk team or email us at support@blckgym.ie.

🔄 Switching Trainers

  • Request a Change: Let us know if you’d like to try a different trainer.

  • No Hard Feelings: Trainers understand that fit matters — it’s part of the process.

  • Smooth Transition: We’ll help move any booked sessions or blocks over to your new trainer.
