At BLCK, we don’t provide official online guides or digital programs — but you’re not left on your own.

  • In-Class Guidance: Our coaches always include flexibility and mobility work in group sessions.

  • Ask a Coach: If you want tips for stretches or mobility routines at home, just ask — we’ll point you in the right direction.

  • Personal Training: For tailored flexibility plans, you can book a personal training session.
