🎯 What types of special programs or events are available to members?

We keep things focused on training — but you’ll occasionally see extras pop up.


Things we run from time to time:

  • Workshops
    Focused sessions on things like strength training, lifting technique, mobility, or nutrition.

  • Pop-up events
    Launch events, product drops with BLCK Sups, or guest appearances from coaches we rate.

  • Group training blocks
    Structured, small-group sessions over a few weeks — limited spots, goal-driven programming.


How to stay in the loop:

  • Turn on notifications in the BLCK app

  • Keep an eye on Instagram

  • Or just ask a coach when you're in
