What should members do if they need to cancel a class booking?

Plans change, we get it. If you can’t make a class, please cancel your spot in advance.


📱 How to cancel

  1. Open the BLCK app
  2. Go to My Bookings
  3. Select your class and tap Cancel Booking

That’s it — quick and easy. There’s no penalty, but we do ask that you cancel in advance so someone else can take your spot.
