A few simple rules to keep things smooth for everyone:
β Do:
Book your spot in advance
Arrive on time (a few minutes early is ideal)
Bring water and a towel
Let the coach know if you have an injury or need to adapt anything
β Donβt:
Drop in late β it disrupts the class
Take phone calls during the session
Leave equipment out after class
If you can't make it, cancel your booking to free the spot for someone else.
